School counselling centres' support of LGBTQ students

The rigorous thesis deals with the topic of supportingLGBTQ students. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of identityin adolescence and the specific challenges faced by LGBTQ adolescents in this period. It also introduces research that deals with LGBTQ topics and the experiences of LGBTQ adolescents in the school environment and the different forms of support that schools can provide to LGBTQ students, includingthe presence of supportive adults. School counselors can play an important role as "advocates" for LGBTQ students. However, there is very little researchthat deals with this specific topic. The research in this work is dedicatedto mapping the situationregarding the cooperation of LGBTQ students and school counseling centres. The researchquestions focus on what experiences school counselors have with LGBTQ issues and students, how they perceive their role in supporting these students,and where they see room for change in this area. Aspects of cooperation between school psychologists and the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children

The thesis deals with the aspects of cooperation between school psychologists and the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the work content of both school psychologists and OSPOD workers and defines their mutual cooperation, including the legislative framework. At the same time, the theoretical part includes information on the common target group of both institutions, the child at risk. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on qualitative research. The research tool is a semi- structured interview. The informants were school psychologists (seven in total) and OSPOD staff (three in total). The main aim of the thesis is to explore the way in which the cooperation between school psychologists and OSPOD is conducted and to identify the critical points of contact between the two institutions. The research shows that there are several key factors which influence the frequency and level of satisfaction with the cooperation. One of these factors is the mutual trust between the institutions, and establishing this trust can be enhanced by personal communication between the representatives of the institutions, for example, through informal or formal meetings where competences and roles in the cooperation process are mutually defined, or...
Cooperation of a kindergarten teacher with other experts

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the specifics of cooperation between a kindergarten teacher and other pedagogical staff or experts. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out how both parties perceive their cooperation, what factors may influence their cooperation, either substantially or slightly, and what are the identified positives and negatives of their cooperation. The theoretical part deals with the knowledge about the profession of the kindergarten teacher and about other pedagogical staff and professionals who can collaborate with him/her. It outlines the competences, job description and main requirements for all these positions. The empirical part presents the collaboration between the kindergarten teacher and other pedagogical staff or professionals through qualitative research. The interviews point out the experiences of kindergarten teachers and other pedagogical staff or professionals in collaborating with each other, as well as how this collaboration is perceived by both parties.
School counselling centres' support of LGBTQ students

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of supporting LGBTQ students. It describes the experiences of LGBTQ adolescents in the school environment and the different forms of support that can be provided to them in this environment. The work focuses mainly on the support of LGBTQ students from the school counseling centres and the role of school counselors and school psychologists as advocates for LGBTQ students. The research in this work is dedicated to mapping out the experiences and comparing the views of school counselors and school psychologists and LGBTQ students on LGBTQ topics in Czech education and the role of the school counseling centres in supporting LGBTQ students. The research in this thesis is qualitative and works with two research sets. Individual interviews and focus groups were used for data collection, thematic analysis was chosen for subsequent data analysis. The results of the research draw attention to the absence of LGBTQ topics in Czech education and the insufficient support of LGBTQ students by adults in education. Pupil's hyperkinetic disorders from the teacher's point of view

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of educating a pupil with ADHD from the perspective of a teacher who has experience with teaching this pupil. At the same time, it focuses on the second stage of primary school, where, due to a pupil with ADHD, there is a risk that the teacher will have false expectations from him that are not in line with his disorder. For this reason, for the elaboration of this topic, emphasis is placed primarily on the perspective of the teacher, who is an important figure in the pupil's life, having a great influence not only on his school success. The aim of the work is to understand the relationship between teacher and student with ADHD and also to describe the phenomena that have a negative or positive effect on its building. To deepen the knowledge, the work is enriched by the perspective of school psychologists, who, among other things, contributed to the understanding of the issue of educating children, which differ. Support to primary school gifted students

This thesis deals with various methods to support gifted pupils in primary schools. The theoretical part focuses on the current educational legislation that relates to gifted students. Further, the work describes the support available to gifted pupils from teachers (pre- diagnostics, diagnostics, lesson setup). It describes the method of involvement of employees of school counseling centers in activities with gifted pupils and the role of employees of pedagogical-psychological centers. This is a connected system in which individual parts can (and should) cooperate to the benefit of each gifted pupils. The aim of the work is to describe how the system support and the cooperation of the individual segments is implemented. Last but not least, it emphasises that an important part of the whole system are the parents of gifted pupils. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a description of the work with the gifted pupils according to the curricula (School Educational Programmes) of several elementary schools operating in Prague 12. Diploma thesis Professional Identity of the School Psychologist, shows a profession of a school psychologist through the demands that are set before this profession, relationships in which the school psychologist is and a role in which he/she is engaged. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which contains information from the literature on the topic, part of the methodology, which shows the reader how to obtain research data and a practical part, which presents results of analysis of interviews with the school psychologists. In the first part we learn about issues of professional identity mainly from the perspective of social psychology. The text describes theoretically, on the basis of Czech and foreign literature, the profession of the school psychologist since its inception in foreign countries to the current forms. v anglickém jazyce: The Bachelor thesis is dealing with the functioning of the school counselling centre on the first and second grade of the elementary school. The theoretical part consists of themes as the development of school counselling centres, their aims and the description of the whole counselling system. There is also a description of the work of the particular specialists representing this centre. I search for and examine the pupils' satisfaction or dissatisfaction at school and their problems concerning school and family environment in the empiric part. I focus on the children being able or willing to deal with their problems with these specialists. The question is also if the pupils have sufficient information and knowledge to whom they can turn with their troubles.

Rigorous work Influence of Relationships at a Workplace on Professional Identity of a School Psychologist show the profession through his relationships at a workplace. Relational network of the professional is wide (headmaster of school, teachers, students, their parents, pedagogical-psychological counsel, other experts, other school psychologists, etc.), which was discussed more in the previous thesis. Our rigorous work is aimed at relationship with school management and teaching staff. The area of relationships closely relates to roles in which the school psychologist acts. The text of the work is divided into chapters and is based on selected available Czech and foreign literature. Next, there is a metodological part, which informs the reader about the way of collecting the data. The final part is dedicated to the results of analyzed interviews with the school psychologists.
